Production Times

Production begins after artwork approval (if required) and payment has been received.

Estimated production times:

  • Custom Apparel: 3–5 business days
  • Promotional Products: 7–10 business days
  • Large Format Printing & Signage: Varies by product
  • Rush Orders: Available upon request (additional charges may apply)

Production times do not include shipping transit time.

Shipping Methods

We offer a variety of shipping options, including:

  • FedEx Ground
  • Expedited Shipping (when available)
  • Local Delivery (select customers)
  • Company Office Delivery (Corporate Employee Stores)

Available shipping methods will be displayed during checkout.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method, package weight, dimensions, and destination.

Online Stores

Shipping options may vary by company.

Depending on your employer's program, your order may be:

  • Delivered directly to your company's office for distribution
  • Shipped directly to your home or preferred address
  • Delivered locally when applicable

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information (when applicable).

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order.

Open Your Closet is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

Damaged or Missing Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the damaged item(s) or packaging (if applicable)
  • A brief description of the issue
