At Open Your Closet, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our refund policy below:

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
  • Sale items or items marked “final sale” are not eligible for refunds, unless they are defective or damaged.

Refund Process

  1. Submit a Return Request
    Contact our customer service team at info@openyourcloset.net or visit our Returns page to initiate your return. Please provide your order number and reason for return.
  2. Return Shipping
  3. Inspection
    Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the refund eligibility criteria.

Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the same steps as above.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

We cannot process refunds for items that:

  • Show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
  • Are returned after the stated return period.
  • Are marked as “final sale.”

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us at info@openyourcloset.net within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue. We’ll resolve the matter promptly.

Wrong Adress

If you or your end customer provide an address that is not deliverable by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once with have confirmed an updated address with you.

For all packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part art covered at our expense.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 5-7 business for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. It depends on your financial institution.
