Embroidery Artwork Guidelines

Don’t worry — we review all artwork before production and will contact you if adjustments are needed.

  • Digitizing: Most new embroidery orders require digitizing, which converts your logo into a stitch file used for embroidery. A one-time digitizing fee typically applies if a DST file is not provided.
  • DST files: If you already have a DST file, you may upload it with your order to avoid digitizing.
  • Accepted artwork files: AI, PDF, SVG, EPS, PNG, PSD
  • Design size & placement: Based on garment type and logo detail
  • Stitch count: Based on design size and detail
  • Garments: Polos, hats, jackets, fleece, and structured apparel
  • Maximum design size: Based on garment and placement

Design size, stitch count, and placement may be adjusted to ensure the best embroidered result.

    1. Orders are completed based on quantity and product schedule
    2. Tracking information is provided when your order is ships
