Our Story
Open Your Closet was founded in 2017 by a college student working out of his apartment, driven by a passion for fashion and entrepreneurship. What began as reselling products from vendors quickly grew into something more.
After attending trade shows and gaining hands-on experience in wholesale and resale, a key challenge became clear: inconsistent quality and unreliable inventory. Determined to find a better approach, we researched and tested garments from trusted wholesalers and invested in Direct-to-Garment (DTG), Direct-to-Transfer (DTF), and embroidery equipment—giving us full control over the customization process and the ability to bring client visions to life.

Operating from Charlotte, NC, Open Your Closet customizes and ships corporate and safety apparel, promotional products, and other marketing materials nationwide. We’re proud to be a certified HUB and MBE in North Carolina.
